The UCA Film Festival is an annual event highlighting the best work of UCA students. It takes place the last Friday in April each year, and is followed by an Awards Ceremony and After Party. Founded in 2005, the UCA Film Festival is now entering its 9th year. Entries are viewed by the UCA Digital Filmmaking Faculty who choose the films that will screen at the festival. The awards are chosen by a panel of guest judges made up of professionals in the industry. Past judges have included director David Gordon Green, film critic Philip Martin, and cinematographer Guy Galloway.
The 9th Annual UCA Film Festival will be held Friday, April 26th at 5:30 pm in Reynolds Auditorium on the UCA campus. The Awards Ceremony and After Party will take place at a soon to be announced location.
