Camp War Eagle

My name is Greg Taylor and I am a director at Camp War Eagle, a Sports and Adventure Camp for underprivileged and at risk kids, ages 7-17 in Northwest Arkansas.  We will be at the University of Central Arkansas Oct. 15-18th recruiting students who love kids and really want to make a difference in a child’s life during the summer and get paid for it at the same time.  We are located east of Rogers, AR on Beaver Lake about 1 hour from Fayetteville.   We hire photographers, videographers and others to work in our crafts center on ceramics and pottery projects so I am trying to get the word out to them specifically.
I was wondering if you would be willing to help us get the word out to your students.  Here are some ways that advisers and professors have helped us in the past.
a.       I have a fun informational email attached that you can send to them about how they could serve at Camp War Eagle as a paid summer job. Our website, www.campwareagle.org is another great resource.
b.      I could also drop off some brochures and posters by your office or classroom to distribute to your students.
c.       We would also be willing to stop by and make a quick 1-2 minute announcement about this opportunity at one of your classes if time permits.   If we cannot come to your class, maybe you could announce for us.
Please just let us know what you would permit.  I look forward to hearing back from you.  Thank you for your help.
